The idea for Heritage Trading Corp’s chai was born from a moment many arriving to Australia in the 1970s and 1980s will recognise — expecting a familiar cup of spiced tea, only to be handed a foam cup of hot water and a teabag with a tiny staple. That experience sparked a simple but powerful goal: to create convenient products that truly honour the taste, tradition, and feeling of home.
