    How to Prepare Your Masala Chai

    Enjoy the authentic flavours of our masala chai blend, inspired by traditional Indian brewing methods. Whether you prefer it creamy with milk or light without, here’s how to prepare the perfect cup:

    Tea with Milk
    Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of chai powder to about ⅔ of a cup of boiling water.  Pour in ⅓ of a cup of hot milk and sweeten if desired. Adjust the tea and milk quantities to suit your preferred strength and creaminess. Boost your tea’s flavour and richness by adding a dash of ghee. Stir well, let the spices settle, and savor the rich, spiced warmth.

    Tea with Milk Alternative
    Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of chai powder to a cup of hot milk alternative of your choice. Boost your tea’s flavour and richness by adding a dash of ghee. Sweeten if desired, stir well and let the spices settle.

    Tea without Milk
    Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of chai powder to a cup of boiling water.  Enjoy as is, or add lemon and honey to taste. Stir well and let the spices settle.
